We created an online store that makes ordering custom printed invitations, Hang Favor Tags, Goodie Bags, Candy Wrappers simple and easy!
 
We have a list of frequently asked questions below. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
We want to make sure that your shopping experience is a pleasant one!

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

Once you place your order, a proof is e-mailed to you the following business day.  Once the proof is approved, we strive to have your order printed and shipped out to you within one to two business days.

Time in transit via USPS Priority Estimate Transit time 3-5 business days. However, you may always upgrade to USPS Express Mail.

Is there a minimum quantity required for ordering? TOP

Unlike most stores, there are no specific increments required for ordering. We are happy to say that you are able to order the exact quantity which you desire.  Low minumium on specific items

May I place an order over the phone? TOP

We do recommend ordering online to insure accuracy. Placing orders via our web site is the preferred method.
 
You will receive e-mail confirmations and shipment notifications as well as a virtual proof.

What does the price per card include? TOP
The price shown is the price PER card which INCLUDES the card, the envelope, the custom printing and the proof. There are NO set up fees and NO additional charges for the customized wording.

Will I get put on a bunch of email lists if I give you my personal information? TOP
www.Pikorettas.com will never sell any of your order information or information collected during your order to any 3rd party agents.

Can you change a design? TOP
Yes, since we design our own invitations we can change them to suit your individual request.  If you need a design not on our website, please let us know and we will design an invitation for you at no extra charge.

Can I write anything I want on my cards? TOP
Sure. We have offered a few ideas on our site, but you can write anything you want. We encourage you to be creative with the wording to make the card truly special and unique. However, depending on the card there may be a limited number of lines for each card.

What is your return policy? TOP

We understand that sometimes it can be a little worrisome ordering online. And what to do if you find an error on your order? No problem! We will reprint your order as quickly as possible!

If the error is the fault of our staff, we will reprint your order at no charge.

If the error is the fault of the customer, we will reprint your order for 35% off the regular price.

If the customer receives and approves a proof and an error is still found, regardless of text entered, the customer is responsible for the error since the proof has been approved.
 

What happens if I receive my order and notice an error? TOP

Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur.  Please notify us by email within 3 days of receipt of your order.  If we have not printed exactly what appeared on your order form or the final proof which you approved, we will reprint the order as quickly as possible at no cost to you.  If, however, we have printed exactly what appeared on your order form or the final proof which you approved and you subsequently realize that it is incorrect (if, for example, there is a misspelling or if you omitted some information),  we will reprint at a reduced price. You are responsible for the cost of this reprint. We do everything possible to eliminate errors, you are ultimately responsible for errors on order forms or proofs which are approved by you.

What if I receive my order and there are no errors but I just don't like it. Can I receive a refund? TOP

No. We're sorry, but your order was custom-printed for you. Because it cannot be sold to anyone else, you cannot return the order and no refunds or credits can be given. Please be sure to ask any questions that you might have before you place your order so that you can be sure that you will be fully satisfied with the finished product.

Can I cancel my order? TOP

 Yes, you may cancel your order.  If you need to cancel your order you must do so while in the proofing stage. As soon as we receive your final approval,  your ordered is automatically queued in our system and will be printed.  When the order reaches the printing stage we can not issue a refund.

Can I get my cards printed in a different language? TOP
Yes you can. We can print in most languages that you would like. You'll receive a copy of the text with your confirmation email. However, the printers will hold your card until you approve your card for printing.

How many lines can I have imprinted? TOP
There are no set amounts of lines or words that you can put on an invitation. Just let us know what you would like to say on the invitation, and we will scale it to fit.

Why don't the colors of the invitation match the colors on my computer? TOP
We make every attempt to make sure the color you see is as close to the actual color of the invitation. Screen resolution and color settings are different from one computer to another. This is something that is beyond our control.
