We will carefully and quickly pack your order. Any order that is printed by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped that day. Try to remember that the sooner you proof your order the quicker we can get it to you. We ship U.S. Priority Postal Service. SHIPPING FEE IS $7.00 Priority FLAT FEE.

I would like to say we never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen. We require a proof of every order we print. This assures us that you are happy with the layout before we go to print. We check the spelling, the grammar and the dates to make sure they are correct before we send you a proof. You need to be extra careful when you proof your order. Sometimes our customers get so excited about seeing their invitation or announcement that they do not check for the correct spelling of names or make sure they have the right day of a party.

If we make a mistake after the proof then we will immediately re-print if the card is in stock and ship to you within 24 hours at no cost to you. If you have to make a change (sometimes circumstances change after we have done our printing) we will re-print your invitation less 30% of your invitation and printing charges. The shipping cost will remain the same as the original order or, if necessary, we can upgrade to a quicker shipping method if you request.
