USPS Express Mail
* 1-2 business day to most locations. Some rural areas are 2 day delivery zones. Please check with the USPS to determine if what zone you are in.
* Monday - Saturday delivery
* Orders must be placed by 11:00am EST for expedited shipping
Business days DO NOT include Sundays or Holidays.
No shipments are made on Sundays.
Shipping Rates
To view applicable First Class shipping and delivery charges, add your items to the shopping cart and the shipping fees will be displayed. As you note the fees, please keep in mind our products can be quite heavy. Our shipping prices reflect their weight, dimensions and fragile nature.
Priority Shipping Flat fee is $6.95
Express Mail Rush order Flat fee is $25.95
The Delivery address:
Please remember First Class shipping can take up to 2-6 Postal business days to arrive (This is not guaranteed). Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. We will have to charge a $20.00 address correction charge if a bad address or zip code is supplied.
Your street address, apartment or room number is required on all orders for delivery. For business addresses, include recipient's name, company names, suite number or department number and (if possible) the telephone number.
Carriers may or may not leave a package at the door if no one is home. We have no control over which packages are left at recipient's door and which packages are not. This may cause a delay in receipt of your package if your recipient is not available for the delivery. Pikorettas & Co cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed if no one is available to receive the package or if the package is left at the door and becomes lost or stolen.
Delivery Times:
The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery you choose, weather conditions, delivery location, holidays and occasional delays by carriers can all impact the delivery time and arrival date of your order. We will always strive to do everything possible to expedite your order, however we do not guarantee specific times and dates of arrival. Deliveries to remote areas possibly take longer.
Damaged Items:
All damage claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed accordingly. Any spoilage or shortage resulting from damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Also any packages lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
It is your responsibility to make sure you hold onto any damaged items long enough should the carrier wish to inspect the damage. If you elected not insurance offer any damage compensation (including lost package), you will not be eligible for any claims. Therefore, it is encouraged that you pay a little extra for this type of insurance in case this situation arises.
INSURANCE:
Please consider carefully when making the decision to add Insurance to your order. If you purchase Insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we will reprint your entire order and ship to you with the same shipping method you chose, for free. Selecting Insurance DOES NOT replace your items if they were stolen from your place of delivery. We are not liable for stolen packages. (see more information below)
If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. The USPS does not take responsibility, so unfortunately we cannot either.
If you DO decide to purchase Insurance, keep in mind the USPS requires 30 DAYS wait time before they will file a claim on your behalf for lost packages. This process is out of our hands. You will need to comply with the USPS guidelines for getting your refund. As soon we receive the refund from the USPS, we will gladly refund you. We CANNOT refund you any sooner. This process can sometimes take a few months. Unfortunately, we are bound by their guidelines as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Each card we offer is customized especially for you, therefore we do not issue refunds after the order has been processed.
If you decide to cancel your order after we've started working, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00, or if you fail to submit your proof response within 15 days, you will be charged a design/cancellation fee of $20 for the initial proof, plus $5 for each proof revision, solely for the purpose of covering the time necessary to prepare your card. The remainder of your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card.
Refunds:

~NO Refunds will be issue for unclaim packages.
~Shipping and processing charges are not refunded. We do not accept returns COD. Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We regret to inform you that PIkorettas is not responsible and will not replace any orders that are lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged. Your tracking number is proof your package was shipped. Article 2 of the U.C.C (Uniform Commercial Code) states when a product is sold and put into the hands of the shipper, the title and risk of loss is passed to the buyer. Our responsibility ends when the product is boxed and shipped or given to USPS. Therefore complaints of missing packages is a shipper problem, not a seller problem and any complaints should be registered against the shipper, not the seller. Any claims made are the responsibility of the customer. We do not insure our shipments but all package have a delivery confirmation number. You have the option to purchase insurance if you would like.

If the error is the fault of our staff, we will reprint your order at no charge.

If the error is the fault of the customer, we will reprint your order for 30% off the regular price.

if the customer receives and approves a proof and an error is still found, regardless of text entered, the customer is reponsible for the error since the proof has been approved.

If your order is printed exactly as the information given and fail to reply to our email you are responsible for submitting the wrong information.
